If you’re a business owner, marketer or agency - this is for you. The FTC and State laws apply to any commerce and sales operation, not just info-marketing. 

Why is this Challenge free? Will you pitch something?

We’ve been on a mission to get the message out there and change how marketers are marketing - so free helps us build an audience and spread our message. But, free doesn’t pay the bills. We have a few programs we will recommend - but if you don’t want that’s fine.  

Our training is NOT some psychological formula to sell - if you love our stuff, you’ll buy more. If not, you won’t. All good.

Do I need to do this if I live outside the U.S.?

Yes. If you sell to customers in the U.S. then these laws and regulations apply. It doesn’t matter where you live or what your citizenship is.
